"I highly recommend tax consultant Kristin Hamilton. My taxes were very complicated and she took the time to explain everything to me multiple times in multiples formats so that I really understood what I was filing. She offered to help me understand information my place of business sent regarding changes in the 2023 tax season to help me be more prepared for next year's filings. They had evening time slots to meet with a tax consultant, which helped with my limited availability. When my initial tax consultant didn't have the answer to my questions they approached Kristin, who did have the answers. I had an excellent experience."

"Once again I am posting this bad review with H&R block. I recommend for people to file with some one else. For 20 min of their time i was charged almost 400 dollars. Times are bad and they should consider this but they don not care. All their doing is taking advantage of people like myself that don't know nothing about filing our own taxes. I do not know why people don't see this injustcice."
