"Extremely horrible experience. I paid for a tax file and they made an error on my documents and i had to repay to fix it which was a double amout of charge and i asked them to forward my documents and it was a triple amount of charge and i made all the payments but i never recieved my document which they said have been forwarded. I asked them for a receipt or a tracking number. They said they don't have it. Staff is very rude and sounded like she doesn't even care. If they cannot provide the service then i want my payment to be refunded."

"I had made and appt with a lady at the Linerty Tax on Division 1/10/22 @ 5:30. When I arrived to the location it was closed . I called the number listed on their door , Cheyrle Nelson picked up the call. I told her dilema , she kindly told she would wait for me and stay open. I got to her office on West Francis and she got my taxes filed without issue. She is a great lady , very helpful and friendly.
