"Nancy did our taxes for 7 years. This past year she found a mistake that she had made on ALL 7 years that would have gotten us more money back every year and reduced the amount we had to pay back one year significantly. She said she was going to make it right and fix her mistakes and pay us what was owed to us if they were past the limitations. After months and months of unanswered calls and excuse after excuse from the daughter as to why they weren't returning my calls I finally get the paperwork needed for her to fix her mistake and make it right. Now she wants another fee for every year she messed up and has decided to double that fee because I reminded her that she said it was her mistake and she would fix it and NEVER said we were going to get charged AGAIN. I don't recommend this place. We are out over $600 because of her mistakes"
