"It went as smooth as ice....not a single issue... it helped that I had all my paperwork I needed. The only thing I would suggest is better formal information between the customer and the company. I get that it gets sent off but from there, there is no other information available. Just that it's processing. A step by step informational on what "exactly" is going on would be beneficial to the customer. But I'll use them again, year after year"
