"MAG Small Engine has serviced all of our mowers for almost a decade. We have two push mowers and a riding mower and we have always appreciated their pick-up and delivery service. In April, MAG picked-up our riding mower and were told that it would be 10 days. 3 weeks later, we received our mower, due to uncircumstantial events. I was never called or communicated with about the completion of the mower. I was disappointed in the lack of communication. I have had great conversations with Mike and today, was able to talk with Gene. Both are great and Gene and I were willing to work out the cost and discount of repairs for the riding mower. I appreciate Gene working with us and being understanding with discounting the total amount owed. As an Idahoan, I want to support small and local businesses. I do not expect perfection, but I do expect communication, which is why I am leaving a 4 star review. I will continue to use MAG Small Engine, knowing that these issues will be resolved in future interactions and service. I will follow up with another review after a few cuttings to see how the repairs go.
