"Not impressed. Paid more here than I would have for Turbo tax. I was told my student loan payments don't count as deductions when they have previous years. I was rushed through because Kevin had our appointment time wrong and he wasn't prepared. I was going to let all of that slide, but I signed up for direct bank transfer for my refund and I never received it. I looked into the issue to find my check was sent by mail and then returned to sender because the wrong address was documented. Absolutely no attention to detail (which is an important trait for a CPA). Will not be returning."
