"We had furnace service from your company on 2/12/24. TJ and Jamie were very thorough in checking out the furnace and heat pump. I delayed giving this review for several days to make sure everything was still running right. We originally were not getting much heat and the furnace ran for hours. All is good now. "Good grief, it seems like I’m always rating companies with 5 stars, when usually it takes a lot to impress me. But, TML’s technicians (Shannon and Nick) were on time and extremely thorough. I’m so impressed, I signed up for their maintenance program. I called and made a June appointment for air conditioning and furnace tune-up and specifically requested Shannon be the one doing the tune-up.
