"We are disappointed in Priest Electric. They charged me $1100 to rebuild an older irrigation pump. It took us a little over a year to get the irrigation system up and running. When we got it going, the pump ran for a few hours before the pump head, probably packing, started smoking. I called Priest Electric and explained the situation. I asked if it was still covered by the warranty because it had been a little more than a year since they rebuilt it. They sent a technician out who diagnosed that the packing had been installed to tightly. It wasn’t letting water through the packing to cool and lubricate. The technician was very knowledgeable and explained while he removed the packing and installed new packing. The pump was operating correctly when he left. A few days later, we received an invoice for $230 for the repair. I called and asked why I was being charged for the repair. I was told they hadn’t installed the pump. The pump was installed by a major irrigation company in the valley. It was installed as supplied by Priest Electric and they didn’t stand behind their product. We are disappointed in Priest Electric and will use another pump company in the future. I would advise you to do the same."

"I own an automotive repair shop and had my main compressor motor fail. My local pump repair shop had an injured employee so they were booked out two weeks. I dropped off The motor around noon and have it back by the end of the day. This was a huge blessing because our shop cannot function without air! Thank you for your quick service! They also have a Tesla charge station which is pretty cool!"

"I took in a frozen-up motor to a 1946 Maytag wringer washer, and was greeted kindly, and asked if I could wait a few minutes. I agreed, and they took the motor into the back. In just a few minutes the man came back and told me the motor was saved, apparently the bearings just hadn’t been oiled (in who knows how long), and that’s all it took to free it up. The motor works wonderfully, and the old washing machine is back in operation. To top it all off, this was done free of charge. I truly can’t thank these guys enough, and if I ever need an electric motor serviced again I know where to go."
