"Steve has taken great care to fix my 87 year old widowed mother's heat pump problems for the past year! She was taken advantage of by a well-known company who charged her over $700 for a capacitor that they never replaced! Steve recognized the part was still the original, and they don't even make those anymore! So he replaced it for a very reasonable charge, and i recovered $300 for Mom from the rip-off company who wanted to avoid a bad review. Mom sold her house this week, and the new owners called her this morning to say the AC wasn't working! So Steve saved the day for the new owners, made a service call today, charged the freon and now the AC is up and running! We're impressed!"
