"Geeks? I dont think so. Took my iphone to be rapair and came out with another problem. They damaged the screw that opens the the phone and lied to me that it wasa security screw. They didnt used the proper tools. Worse peope to work with. Took my phone to 360 wireles phone repair and they fix. Take your phones to 360 wireles phone repair, Nampa. They are very the best. Geeks= Idiots!!"

"Very disappointed with the service I received at this location. We brought a gaming PC in for repairs that ended up needing to be returned due to warranty issues. We had to buy a new PC and they told us they would hold the old one on site until the new PC got there to do a data transfer. When we came back a few days later with the new PC they had already sent the old one to the manufacturer and has forgot to take out my USBC connector for my headphones. Without this connector my headphones are useless so I now have a pair of $100 headphones I can't use and they told me I was out of luck. They also did a" data transfer "and all they did was copy everything into a folder and put it on to the desktop of the new PC. Nothing transferred over. It is a massive mess on the new PC. Do not go to this location. They don't care about the client. Go to Boise way better customer service!!!"

"Horrible experience, was sold the total tech plan becuase it was the same price of cloning my hard drove which they failed at. They ended up just transferring files over and setting up a new windows on my new hard drive so I had to manually transfer all apps, games and downloaded content from my old hard drive. My windows login and settings weren't moved over in the data transfer either. I had about 2tb of data on my old hard drive and only 264gb were moved. Getting my money back from this scam job. Now I have to do 2x as much work to restore my pc to what it was and clean up the mess these clown caused."

"My old laptop hard drive crashed. They helped me find a new laptop and then the Geek squad took my new one, sat with me at counter and set it up, downloaded ally apps and docs from the cloud They took such great care, asking me if I understood, making sure I was satisfied. So thankful for them"

"Total Tech plan is a joke. Took my laptop for a repair, they stated that I needed to purchase a part for it. With the help of the geek squad member, I went ahead and purchased the part for it from Newegg. Once I received my part, they opened the package just to tell me that they can’t fix it at the store and they would have to send it off to a different state for repair and the part I purchased for $90 would not work. The part I purchased was no longer returnable because geek squad broke the seal and opened it. On top of it I had to pay the $85 shipping fee. Days go by and I still haven’t got a call on what’s going on, so I went ahead and called them myself to find out that it would be $450 for the repair and supposedly they couldn’t get a hold of me and shipped the laptop back to Nampa location without fixing it. What a joke and a terrible service. I’m already out close to $200 and for what? Rip off. Still stuck with my broken laptop and spent $200 on literally nothing."
