"Had treasure valley garage doors come out and replaced the motor on my garage door stating that was why the door was having issues with intermittent not opening. The door was working fine and then the spring broke two days later. So I called again they came out and fixed the springs, cables, wheel, and whatever else broke. In total I’m just shy of a $1000 deep. Jonathon even said we’ve replaced everything but the door. The chain on my chain drive sags like 6” runs along the garage door at open and close. What a rip off! My door works only sometimes one of the remotes I got with the opener doesn’t even work. They did a terrible job installing and did very sloppy work. I won’t ever use them or recommend them to anyone. If you want a garage door that works well don’t go to treasure valley garage doors."
