"Hours and absence were publicly recorded in voicemail with Ira Answered promptly when scheduled to return. This is a small shop ran by a craftsman, not a department store! Honest opinion about service cost for the watch I knew was cheap. Immediate service on the entry level timepiece with a realistic outlook on it’s service lifetime. Ira recommended a better quality alternatives but didn’t mention anything in the shop. I asked for an example of Ira’s recommendation and he then looked around for a product that might meet my general desires. Not pushy!!"
