"I had a terrible experience with H&R Block. We attempted to communicate through email and even though we live in the 21st Century, this means of communication was far too advanced for H&R Block. This resulted in our business taxes being filled late resulting in a fine from the IRS. H&R Block has refused to help in any way let alone apologize for their shear neglect. If I were you I would stay as far away from a company that clearly cares very little about the individual and capitalizes on quantity of customers rather than quality care. Spend the extra money to use a local tax person and have a peace of mind that you’ll get what you pay for. H&R Block and by extension, their employees, don’t care about you."
