"I came in on Wednesday to file my taxes. Kate was with a client along with another tax rep (male). They both finished within five minutes, remind you (I)wasn't greeted, I sat there for 15-20 minutes with no one acknowledging me. A lady comes in has a couple of questions for Kate about someone else tax return then she leaves I heard the conversation. Kate speaks to the male rep "Are you ready for another one". The rep replies "No I'm not I'm finishing up the on this one then I'll be ready". Umm, scroll on the reviews for Douglass location and find that Mrs. Ruby is still employed with Jackson Hewitt at Derby location so I walk out and call it. Four years ago Kate told me she was the new Manger at this location. Kate also implied that Ruby was fired "Let go by the company", As well as doing fraudulent things with people's tax return. Mrs. Ruby has done my taxes for about 12 years since I was 20-21 years old kept the same job all those years never has the government (IRS) implicated anything wrong with my tax return. I came back in to confront Kate about the lies you told on Ruby's name, once I said Ruby is at the Derby location, your whole story had changed that you told me that Ruby was with another (Franchise), liar. I guarantee you I'm not the only person you told that too corporate should be informed how you are falsely implanting false rumors about someone who carries Jackson Hewitt name, an employee. But to all the people who love'd Miss Ruby, she is at the Derby location 620 North Rock road go out there. Take snack out there she has to start all over again, filling it up with beverages and snacks for us while we wait to do our returns."
