"Ok. Lemme 'asterisk' this by saying ... Liberty Tax is EXPENSIVE. But they DO their JOB!! And WELL!! I prefer Matt, I had actually ALMOST ended up w another preparer but thankfully system issues put me back at Matt's desk!! He's over at the 1111 S Rock Rd office and he's worth going to see; he's been doing my taxes for 3 years now, he is FANTASTIC!! The 4838 S Broadway office is ALSO well worth it but not as experienced (IMO! JUST MY OPINION!) I definitely appreciate the efficient, knowledgeable and FUN!!! THANKS MATT!!!"

"Omg! So Very expensive! And had the supervisor in charge doing my tax preparation, made a $3,000.00 refund to me mistake.I had to prove to him from my last 3 yrs tax refunds that he had made a mistake, before he would even recheck my tax prep. paperwork. Found his mistake & corrected it. Then charged me more for tax prep.! Never will use them again! Almost $600.00 for tax prep, easy form. But was quick, only 30 minutes and was very nice."
