"I call these guys to get some information on my taxes from last year who I filed through and they said we can’t give it out on the phone for security reasons ok cool I understand they give me 2 options I could lol it up on it computer or or go to the h and r office ok no problem and I choose to go into the office and it became a big deal to get the information beceause all they wanted me to do was look it up on the computer myself if that was the only option why it say it on the phone or just do ur job and get the information I requested when I came to the office Which is what I was told over the phone thank you for waisting my time won’t be filing with H and R again"
