"Good on site service. However the online intake process was extremely annoying as at its beginning it gave no required time estimate and it really disrupted what I was doing. I found that unacceptable. Update for 2023: scheduling is a consistent problem for Block (in my experience). This year my pro didn't explain as much as I would have liked and I had to point out documentation. This damaged my confidence in Block. That said I will go back since they are very convenient. You might want to look at other options."
