"I would not recommend this location, I got put with a new employee who was “in training” but was assured she knew what she was doing. When In fact I knew more about submitting tax paperwork than she did and the lady who did know how to help me ran off to take another call after about 3 minutes of watching this lady struggle through it. Then it came time for me to pay them at the end and they charged me 225$ for me teaching their new employee how to do their job! Save your money do it at home and if you do need help definitely don’t go here! I am not one to leave bad reviews but this was ridiculous so by all means DONT GO HERE!"
"I have been a customer of H&R Block for many years off and on and in a couple different states. This is now my 3rd year going to this location and meeting with Bonnie. I love it here. My favorite H&R Block experience to date. I sometimes have difficult taxes and lots of tax anxiety. I feel very comfortable and taken care of here. All of the employees are genuinely nice. I highly recommend this location."
