"My brother did his taxes at Vu Income Tax and I must say I am beyond irate with the service he received. I referred him there only because it's local and he recently moved back to Wichita. I personally have never been there but after hearing how the tax preparer and receptionist treated him, I'll pass pass pass. She was rude to him and when he asked questions as what any client will do, she was so condescending to him. He said he felt so belittled. She was very entitled and was annoyed at everything he asked. I am a business owner myself and rule of thumb for any small businesses, treat your clients with kindness and respect because that's where you get referrals. I'm sure my brother will share his experience but I had to say something because I know very many vietnamese clients that have been to her and get the same or similar experience. What is disturbing is that they continue to go there because they do not speak or understand english. That's not a reason or right to treat others like that. I gave a 1 start only because there's not a negative star to click on. Beyond angry."
