"Worst experience when checking out today. Got in line that had one customer being checked out and was instructed to go to register 28 and I’d be helped. There was no one manning the register but the light was illuminated, put my items back in my cart and went to 28, then the lady had that other register yelled for Josh to man his register and that there was a customer there which in turn Josh yelled back he was busy, from my perspective Josh was talking to someone in a yellow vest and was “busy”. I was then told to go to register 26 where again no one was manning the register but the light was illuminated. I packed up all my items and went to 26 where again the lady from the first register yelled for a young lady who was also standing around talking to a lady in a yellow vest and she said well why is someone there when I’m not at the register. I guess what im trying to get at is me being a customer needed to be checked out while all the self checkouts are down felt very unwelcomed and as if I were a burden to people who were standing around talking and not wanting to do their jobs and being very unprofessional about it."

"I went here to get two tires replaced. I ordered them and scheduled an appointment to get them installed two weeks in advance. I get there and the men were very nice, but they were understaffed so my appointment that was supposed to take 30min, an hour max. Took 2 hours. Luckily I had planned for that based on my experience with all mechanic shops I’ve been to. Overall satisfied but I’d go there thinking they’ll take longer than said."

"I normally never give Walmart 5 stars but today their employee Paul helped me find the exact vacuum cleaner I was looking for. The shelf was empty as I expected it to be. I asked him if they had any in the back, he checked for me and brought out the exact one I was looking for. Thank you Paul for your great customer service, I really appreciate an employee who goes out of their way to help a customer. Very polite and kind gentleman. It's employees like this who will continue to have my business as a customer. Normally I'd rather shop online but wanted my vacuum cleaner today."

"Had to pick up a prescription, and I could barely stand up. When I explained what was happening, they were SO HELPFUL. I really appreciate our local Walmart pharmacy workers. I know it must be tough, but they do a great job, and always have a good attitude. They're kinda rock stars."

"Scammers soliciting the parking lot of Walmart in Moses Lake. Spoke with Walmart employees and of course they cannot do more than shoo them away. They knew full well these people scam on the stores property. Be aware."
