"The company I work for does business with this place but as the person using the tool I've had to come here several times for equipment. Recently I have bought a piece of equipment that has been faulty pretty much since I bought it. I brought it in to have it looked at twice. It's only 2 months old and still under warranty and they tell me that unless they witness whatever it's doing that the warranty won't cover it and then when I bring in a video to show them then they tell me that they still will not replace it with another one. This place is nothing but a hassle to work with every single time you have an issue with anything. They're happy to sell you stuff! But don't ever let it break down... Even if it's under warranty! They do not honor the warranty."
