"Polite and friendly technician came out to fix a sewer issue, and determined that there must be a hole underground where the issue was. He recommended we wait three weeks to re-scope and determine exactly where to excavate the area and reinstall a new sewer line. Three weeks later, we had a different company come out, who was determined to assist us fully, and discovered a riser tank with pump no more than 12” underground for the location marked. After that, it was a quick exposing of the tank, cleaning of the riser pump, and everything is in working order now, unfortunately, no thanks to Clearwater Rooter Services."
