"Their mistakes costed me a couple extra trips across town, but they fixed their mistakes, and seem to stand behind their work. I'm thankful for that much, but I probably won't hire them to make custom screens again. Update: They called back, shrugging off responsability and pointing fingers. I'll be lucky to get a passable product by the time they're done. The owner over there seems honest. He should be more careful about who represents his company."

"I was in the neighborhood running some errands when I saw this place. "Perfect," I thought. "I need to get my windshield replaced. I'll pop in after I stop by next door." I parked at the very end of their lot. My car was only half on their property, and the other half was on a pile of snow from the street. I had not taken three steps from the car when some pompous old man started screaming at me and threatening to tow my car. I tried to explain that I needed five minutes to go next door, then I was going to come back and deal with the windshield. I was unable to do this, as he interrupted me to yell at me more about towing my car. If this is how they treat customers (who are disabled and use a cane), I would not expect them to treat your vehicle or home any better. I know I'll be finding a different shop to replace the windshield."

"All of their staff are really friendly and professional. The only reason I gave 4 instead of 5 stars is because it took a hot minute to get my window replaced. The men that showed up to fix it were very friendly and efficient AND they cleaned up their own mess. It took 12 weeks for my window to be replaced but it’s a second floor window that had to be replaced from the outside. Other than the time it took to fix my window they were absolutely amazing! Thank you!"

"They don't really advertise their auto glass services, but they did a great job. I had a chip in my windshield, and remembered Wednesday morning before Thanksgiving that I should really get it fixed before we got on the road for a 200+ mile road trip. We were planning to leave at noon, and Moscow Glass & Awning was able to get me in at 11. By 11:20 my chip was fixed, and they billed my insurance directly, so I owed nothing out of pocket. I can't really imagine how the experience could have been any easier or better."
