"Took boat in for Summarize and trailer hitch. Took boat out after I was told “ready for the water!” My boat almost sunk!!! My boat took on so much water and barely made it back to the launch in time. I called them immediately after pulling it out of the water and they denied any wrong doing and refused to come to the launch to check it out... I was in Bayview!! The issue was that he missed a major plug under the block!!! I put a stop payment, he tried to get his money by turning me into credit bureau. I shared evidence, videos and images. I won!!! DO NOT take your boats to Spirit Lake Marine and don’t feel like you owe someone when they are in the wrong."
