"We took my computer to Ardell to get windows 10 pro on and 1. He took forever and 2 he didn't even put windows 10 pro he put windows 10 home edition. And on top of that a few months ago by and we notice that my computer says that it only has 16g of ram in it and we are suppose to have a total of 64 so he stole our ram stick and replaced them with lower ram."

"I highly recommend not to deal with this man. I went to fix a small piece for my laptop which is it cost 7$ and he asked 100$ for it and I said ok. with all that he stole 4 original parts Including the original motherboard from my laptop and replaced them with scrap, which made me lose all my files and my research for my bachelor's degree. No matter how old he is, he is rude. The only thing stopped me to suing him was his age"

"I took my Macbook to Ardell after another computer repair place recommended him for Macbook repairs. After two weeks of him having my computer and no movement on him fixing it- I picked up my Macbook to get a second opinion. I took it to Apple downtown and they showed me pictures of the inside. There were missing screws, damage to the battery, pieces of the computer not hooked up, etc. There was even physical damage done to the underside of my device. I am honestly very disappointed in the service and ultimately the quality of my device after him looking at it. He did more harm than good and now I can't even get my device fixed by Apple since there are now missing components. I even paid him $100 to literally make my machine in worse condition. I definitely learned my lesson and will be going directly to Apple for any future repairs."
