"My air conditioner would not turn on after it was serviced and certified by Chris. When I asked Him about the service he performed and if wouldn’t mind coming back out to look to make sure nothing was amiss he was rude, abrasive, and downright terrible to deal with."

"Questionable Service. Needed stove repaired. Was quoted service call would be 75.00. Chris ordered part that I prepaid 274.00 on my credit card. Long story short, took a week to get part, said he would be out and spoke with my husband. When he did not show, I called and he said he thought he was talking with another customer and was sorry for the mistake. The part was not in anyways. Came to put in the part, over a week later and part was placed, but it did not fix the problem. Thought we would be going down a "rabbit hole" and suggested to get a new oven, but once a part is placed and removed, it usually can't be returned. Then he said that he could probably return it and then he would take his service fee of probably "200.00" out. I reminded him at that time he quoted 75.00 so 2 trips comes out to 150.00. He did not respond. I called to ask if he got the part returned, left a message reminding him of the 150.00 service fee vs 200.00. Finally, after calling 3 days later, Chris returned my call and left a message that he would send me a personal check for his services minus the total of 274.00 that was originally paid. He received the 274.00 when he returned the part. I was expecting 124.00. Instead I received a check for 74.00. He noted that the part did not include tax, which had already been charged to my credit card, so tax should of been charged and there was a cost to ship. OK, but it does not add up to 50.00 for tax or shipping on a small computer part. I learned a lesson. Tried to go local, but next time I will go to Fred's or Jeffery's and not have worry about being taken and an sketchy business practices. Buyer Beware!"
