"I recently had my washer fail and when I called Appliance repair I was relieved to have a repair man that day at my home. Little did I know that all they do is run a diagnostic and leave. Only after they speak to a technician will they come up with a plan. I waited 2 full days to hear back about what is bad and not until I called did I get an answer of maybe 3 parts and his best guess is to change a harness. well for a week of waiting and having 2 children to deal with I didn't like best guess. I then proceeded to buy and replace the harness myself which probably would have taken 4 hours to change for them so they can get the labor costs up. Took me 45 mins. I can't honestly think of what I gained by paying 100 dollars to have someone come to my home and do what I was already doing in the first place. I never got straight answers and was told the harness had continuity which can't be right if it fixed the problem I would think. I do not recommend this company in the future. If you do choose them then good luck and I hope you have a better experience then I did."
