"This is a first-rate business. Friendly people, quick turnaround, excellent repairs on my old laptop. But there is one thing I don't understand. When you check out you get a tip screen for gratuities up to 30% This amount in addition to a $100+ charge is a lot of money. Why not just adjust the rates. What are the tips for? I could discern no extra service, they just took my computer at the desk and returned it when it was repaired. The request for tips confused me and made me uncomfortable."
"I would recommend this place but since it's changed ownership I honestly can't. I loved the person who fixed my computer and was able to clean it out but after going into the shop today the person at the front made me feel really upset and made me feel like there was no care for my computer at all especially since i went in for a simple clean of my computer which normally takes a few seconds but now it'd take hours. I hate to say it but I think I'll be looking for a different computer repair place that shows a bit more care for my computer then Spokane Valley PC at lest the new Spokane Valley PC I am very disappointed with the change and new ownership of this place. I believe it was Jay and Melissa who worked on my computer and I trust them completely and where friendly and helpful"
"I have a 14 year old monitor that suddenly began flickering. Hard drive is only 4 years old, so hoped it wasn't that. Took it in, and shortly received a text from Lillah. The monitor was toast, but the computer fine. Picked up hard drive, no charge. Thank you!"
