"I am giving this place a 5 star review because of Matt. I get his name wrong all the time, I call him Mark by accident. He is witty and funny. Nobody wants to have issues with heating and cooling. Matt responded to our call for a heating issue, on top of our mountain during the winter storm. He had to walk from the neighbors house to get to our house. It’s a distance. We are able to unlock and unarm our house wherever we are. Matt called us back as soon as he could catch his breath and warm his frosty feet up to a slightly warmer temperature than the freezing snow. He was not able to fix the issue, due to the snow. Yet, had a great idea of how to get heat to a room that had no heat. I wish our brand new furnace did not come with problems from High Mark Heating and Cooling. For that reason alone I would deduct points. Matt took it to a 5 star because I can count on him to do what is needed no matter what. Thank you Matt (I promise not to get your name wrong again) Seriously thank you."

"I had a different company come out to assess my HVAC system and was unsatisfied with the tech that arrived. Everything he said sounded wrong. So I called High Mark, their tech came out and found the issue in a matter of minutes and repaired it in no time. It's nice to deal with people who are knowledgeable about what they do. The other company said it would cost around $1000 to fix the issue or I would need to get a new HVAC system, turns out they had no clue what was wrong and it only cost me less than $300 to get it fixed. I will use High Mark going forward, I was pleased with the whole experience."

"High Mark performed an annual service for our air conditioning and heating system today. The technician was on time, friendly and knowledgeable. He pointed out some errors in the install of our heating system that he fixed on the spot. The office team was very pleasant to deal with as well. It was a great experience overall and we highly recommend High Mark."
