"Oh how I love this company! Our lovely cold snap of weather, I was worried and didn't have hot water. I called on the weekend, they were busy of course, but someone, Heather I believe, answered the phone, calmed my fears answered the questions that she could. They didn't have any openings because I'm sure everyone was calling them, but she said I will call you next week to check on you and see if you still need help......and she did call me! I was so happy to hear they had someone to come out and help me the next day! Enter Larry, LARRY is a ROCKSTAR!!!! He told me everything that he was going to do and try, no hidden fees, everything up front and clear, communication was superb! PLUS, he loves cats and my cats loved him, win win! "Had a scare on a Sunday night, my drain lines were backed up and I couldn’t plunge enough to clear it and water waste starting flowing up out of my showers. Called that night, dispatch told me they could have someone out the next morning. Randy showed up and sent the crud cutter down the clear out drain and unblocked whatever was in there. The plumber was very professional and courteous. He explained the repairs that would be needed and gave an estimate.
