"Very pleased with the level of service and the pricing. The owner, Dave, told me it would be 10 days before he could get to my tow-behind field mower. Yet when I arrived he chose to work on it right away. I never even had to unload it from the trailer. He fixed a bad wire splice, replaced two corroded fuse holders and got the machine running. But he wasn't pleased with the throttle action so he elected to install a return spring. Mower works great now. I left a walk-behind mower for a carburetor replacement. Expected to wait at least a week to get it back, but received a call two days later it was ready to pick up. Again, this machine started right up and ran better than it has in years. Yesterday I dropped off my pressure washer to a have a new pump installed as the old one was leaking. Dave, as he did with the previous two machines, discussed what the potential cost would be before he started. Shared that he might not be able to install a standard pump as the washer was so old. But the engine is good so let's give it a try. If he can't fix it he has several used washers to choose from. I definitely recommend Newport Power Equipment. Honest. Fair. Explains everything. Very friendly. In short, everything one should expect in a service provider."
