"Would not get this insurance. I had to track down the claim adjuster to get any responses. He never replied to emails and was very slow with everything unless I called several times and pushed things through. Then the insurance dropped us for making 2 claims. Really? What is insurance for. They were small claims but nonetheless, they dropped us in less than a year. And we take really good care of our house, and are proactive and preventative in many areas."

"Disgusting, deceptive, and willfully unethical business practices. Their client hit my vehicle and they are trying to gaslight BOTH of us, saying he was not at fault. I give a lot of credit to this driver because he is sticking with the truth that he is at fault even while his own insurance company is trying to get him to lie about it. I can't imagine what kind of awful, sickened soul would spend their precious life working for this spray scam if a company. Do not do business with them if you have an ounce of honesty in your being."

"Do not recommend. They lie to you about coverages when you are getting a policy with them and back out at the time of need. Tried to get investigation going because rep had clearly stated I had certain coverages but when the damages occurred they claimed I was not covered. I tried getting them to listen to the call but they kept denying everything and said nothing was to be done about it. Glad I don’t deal with them anymore!"

"Paid every bill since 2017. Three late payments in 2023 due to financial hardship. They demanded full 900 dollar payment immediately to maintain coverage (which I can't make). Basically they have no gratitude for a loyal customer who has paid their bills for seven years. No leeway, no payment plans, no help. Complete lack of compassion and humanity."

"Our Travelers agent scammed us. Shorted us on coverage. Lied. Admitted he made a mistake. Twice in writing on different days. And the Travelers Underwriter would not do anything to make it rite. Use any other insurance company besides Travelers. Travelers insurance agent Steve B. Colorado Don't trust these con artist."
