"Don't know what has happened here. Ponti has retired and everyone has lost it. I called about over a month ago to ask for assistance with a 90+ year old Russian tortoises. I asked the staff to pass on a message to Dr. Ponti for advise. He was the only exotic vet I knew. I wasn't expecting much but thought I'd give it a shot. I wasn't expecting much. "Absolutely a great experience! My puppy felt so comfortable there and the staff was very kind. The space was clean and tidy. My vet Kristyn was extremely nice and above and beyond for point of care! My puppy even adored her I’ve included a pic! I would recommend this location and staff to everyone!"
