"Arvest bank deactivated our debit cards on the holiday weekend for a paperwork discrepancy that was not brought to our attention until after our access to our money was revoked. When contacting the branch nothing was done to remedy our problem while we tried to obtain documentation they requested. Unfortunately, after several years of being a loyal customer- I had to close my account due to poor customer service on behalf of the tellers. I am disappointed in Arvest as this is not how a neighborhood bank should act and treat loyal customers."
