We were not disappointed with the care they've received at Heartland. The doctors are all knowledgeable, caring and patient. They seem to understand both human and canine nature quite well! They handled the challenges that have come up with professionalism and sensitivity. When one of our Labs passed away a few months ago, they seemed sincerely sympathetic in realizing what a great loss this was for us. The gals at the front desk are friendly, knowledgeable and keep their cool under what I'm sure, can get to be quite hectic at times. The prices are comparable to other vets in the area.
