"The Fidelity bank on North Rock Rd in Derby is where I bank. I moved to Derby in early 2020. My previous bank was Chisholm trail in park city. They changed their name. They claimed it was something they did on their own, that never made sense. They had a pretty big turn over in staff. And had become hard to deal with, in person as well on line. I looked around at various places in Derby. This bank had very positive reviews so I tried them out. From my first encounter, every time I've gone in they have treated me as if they were very interested in me and any issue I had. I've never had any problems with them, always friendly and knowledgeable. I would recommend them to anyone looking for things like this in a bank!"

"I want to love this bank. The lobby closing at 5 is ridiculous. The hours posted on Google are for the "drive through" (3 ATM machines only). Just wish your hours were more considerate of your customers needs."
