"Gonna be finding a new bank. One that is actually open on Saturday. I have had an account with meritrust for a year. I've had more issues with fraud in the last year then I have had my whole life. Not sure why this bank is so toxic. Time to find a safer bank to work with. I recommend no using this place."

"Rude. Not helpful. Hardly any type of compassion for hardships. And to top it off I just got a call at nearly 9pm on a work night to remind me of my payment being due, I'M AWARE. But thanks for reminding me I owe money before I try to get sleep so I can go to work to pay for an overpriced vehicle I can no longer afford."

"Locked my card on black Friday without consulting me first. When I talked to them they assured me I could use my card by 5:30pm 11/24 /2023. This was a lie. I have 1180 dollars in checking. Leaving me with no cash over the holidays. Because they are closed till Monday 11/27/2023. Also causing me to pay higher prices on Christmas gifts that were to be purchased. As soon as I get direct deposit set up with social security. I will cancel my dealings with this financial nazis, and do my do my banking with sofi finaciL. "Awful awful awful. I filled out a form to transfer funds from my savings account to an external checking account at another bank. Meritrust instead did it backwards and transferred the money from my external checking account to my Meritrust savings account. This caused my checking account to be overdrafted, and now I'm trying to correct the error. Meritrust has offered no helpful solution other than start the process over, which could take several days. They didn't offer any assistance in regards to my likely overdraft fees at the other bank due to Meritrust taking the money from it incorrectly. Now I'm sitting with a checking account with no money while Meritrust is holding money I did not give to them hostage. They essentially stole from me, but don't really care. Don't open an account with Meritrust. There is no real benefit to using this credit union. Unbelievable."

"Meritrust says they won’t open their branches on saturday because they don’t have the business but every Saturday I go to the ITM and wait for up to an hour. 16 total cars where in line today waiting for a teller. Saturdays ate when middle class people with 8-5 jobs have time to do their banking. Please bring back being open until noon on Saturdays. CUA branches are open until noon on Saturdays"
