"I’d give more stars for Laurie but the female tellers here are pretty judgmental. Assisting and helpful, sure. But… they aren’t friendly in conventional terms. I’ve had issues and seen little snarky laughs and side-eyes here when things don’t go exactly as they want them to."

"Went to open a checking account. We were there 15 minutes at least, if not more, and no one even acknowledged our presence in the bank or asked us if we needed any help so we left. They were not busy either. We don't want to do business with a bank that can't even acknowledge our existence to open a new account."

"Great overall, My first payment they did send info to the wrong place, they had my addressed mixed up somehow, this could be because Rusty Eck Ford too. But other than that, the grace period is awesome, and they make it easy to make a payment online or over the phone or however you want and i have been with other credit unions and none of them make it this easy to make a payment on time with several different ways to do this."

"Not a member by choice. We needed a loan for a car and were told we would receive information on our loan shortly after the sale. A month and a half went by and we did not receive any information. Knowing our first payment was coming up we decided to call. Come to find out they sent the information to the wrong address and never bothered to call our phone numbers to get the correct address. So we almost missed our first payment due to their laziness and unwillingness to do everything in their power to contact us."
