"I am not an account holder here.A family member is, however,I became irritated with the accounting dept.& let them know. The account holder did not. This month a little bit of activity in this account describes the employment in that dept. So I suggest any further retaliation against said bank account holder come to an end.Grow up. The person who does hold the account there. Is a nice person. That was tacky. It also shows intent to stalk. I’d just stop.I’ll update if it continues. Not acceptable"

"I have never had so much trouble with a Bank. Whatever system they use for mobile and Direct Deposit is never on time. In fact, I had to call because a mobile deposit did not show up for three days in my account. I had to provide my approved mobile deposit number that I recieved because it was not showing up in their archaic system. Direct Deposit is a whole another story and never on time. Customer Service is suspect as well. Usually condescending and they will tell you it's the other end fault. I would recommend going to the next bank down the street which is unfortunate because I really want to support Local and State Businesses, but these guys are bad."
