"When I called speedy cash on November 29th,2023 to make a payment on my loan they informed me my next payment was due already and that the payment would be applied to that rather than just to my balance. When in reality the bill that they were talking about was from November 22nd 2023 which I paid on the 23rd of November 2023. They tried to tell me that they had already sent out my bill for December 8th which in fact they have not and it's still not due for another three or four days in my email. Yet they swore up and down that my next payment was due and that any money I put on my loan would first be applied to my scheduled payment on December 8th of 2023. So they are either stupid or they believe that I am stupid and don't understand what's going on. They are trying to pull a scam on me and I'm sure I'm not the first person that's had it happen to them through speedy cash. So to the customer service people at speedy Cash you need to train your people not to try to deceive the customer. Because that is exactly what you are doing. You already charged an absorbent interest rate and on top of that you think you need to resort to underhanded moves. Thank you, Richard macintosh. Once I am done paying off this loan I will unequivocally not return to their place of business. You picked the wrong person to try to screw over and now I've left the review that you deserve. "This review is for Anareli foe. being a blessing.. imma single dad with three kids and just moved in new place.. feeling discouraged and embarrassed I decided to go through Speedy cash still needing food and gas for another week and a half. I went through the process and initially it seemed like a lost cause.. but after getting the run around even from my own bank and even being laughed at being almost rejected by another Speedy Cash employee Anareli stepped in calmly and compassionately did her due diligence and followed procedure and was able show REAL customer service we need more people like this and to her unprofessional inconsiderate, blatantly rude coworker that thought it was appropriate to laugh in my face I pity you hopefully u don't find yourself needing a loan or without a job. But 5 ⭐ s for Anereli changed my whole experience and perspective"
