"I find this very difficult to write. I have used this office very successfully for a civil issue and the attorney went above and beyond all expectations I had for the case. I've even recommended them to friends and family. However I tried to retain the same attorney for another issue that was the root issue and cause of the civil case. Basically I called to see if they would be interested in taking it on as not all attorneys handle these types of issues and also wanted to know a ballpark estimate of what it would cost. I spoke with the attorney who seemed very eager to take my case. I later received a bill in the United States Mail for approximately $125 for a 10 minute phone call. After I received this bill I went to their office to see if it was a mistake they told me not to worry about it and now won't return my calls and keep giving me the run around. I would have gladly paid the $125 and would have loved to keep the same attorney as they are up to speed and know everything about the original issue however due to circumstances beyond my control I've been forced to retain another firm for this matter."
