"my husband wanted to get our taxes down in a rush so he thought of Auroras Taxes since hes used her in da past i didnt want to i wanted to do dem myself but against my beta judgement i went we talked wit Irene she was very silent and neva asked any questions abt our circumstances she juz stay to herself so not only did i not want to b der but now it was awkward so 45minz to an 1hr later she was done now dat we wait for our state refund we find out she did our taxes so wrong!!!! to top it all off she charged us $309 to file she filed our papers totally different den wat she had us sign and agreed to now we owe the IRS for credits we didnt even qualify in da first place if she wuld of asked questions she wuld of knwn so now were out in so many ways n wen i called her to tell her she denies it and say she did it rite so now i talked to da IRS and sent me a copy of wat was filed n i compared it and itz completely different i will never use this place again!!!! and da BBB will be hearing from me."
