"I have used this firm for a few years now. The firm has gone down hill the last two years. I have had issues the last two years. Be prepared to wait for 5 weeks or longer for your taxes to be prepared and possibly need an extension because the firm is that slow at preparing. In past years it has not take this long so maybe it’s new CPA or the firm took on too many clients. Either way I’m paying for a service and deserve prompt and accurate service for the fee I pay."
