"My Mother Created a Trust with this company many many many years ago. She died on January 2nd 2020 and I thought the money was safe until last week June 19th 2022 I decided to call because I did not get a yearly check or yearly review on how the Trust is going! After I called Llana Caray that overviews the trust and asked her kindly what was going on. This lawyer that is trained, educated and qualified told me that she gave my brother the money without my signature or knowledge. How can a lawyer that is trained to prevent this kind of situation created this kind of situation. She told me out of her own words that she "spoke" with Jimmy and gave him the money which is over Two Hundred Thousand Dollars $200,000! Understand that I have not spoken to Jimmy since 2014. How can a "Lawyer" give away money because of word of mouth and no signature. How is that even possible? Now when I call to speak with Llana Caray, she will not answer because she know what she did and is staying away from my phone calls! If your using this company or think about using this company, please cease so from doing so immediately before you encounter the same problems that I am encountering now.! Every child should have signed for the money on the trust and I did not. I have every copy of the Trust documents to prove all of this! I even called earlier this year to ask about the Trust and she said everything was ok. Now fast forward a year later and now she is saying the Trust was broken since 2021, therefore she has been lying to me ever since! Remember I called her earlier this year in January 2022 and she said the trust was ok. Now in June 2021 she is saying the trust was broken since 2021. She is twisting her words. This "Trust" is not "Trustworthy"!!!!!!!! Do not give them your money!!!!!!!!!!"
