"The employee I dealt with was extremely unprofessional. My condo association dues go through them. On average it takes 2 months for my check (checks are the only accepted form of payment) to be cashed but it is not unheard of for it to take 3 or more. Not only that, but they are irresponsible with payments. In the last 8 months alone I have had two of my checks lost and one check that supposedly "the bank didn't like"? No one from Lamm and Co called to notify me of any of these problems, I only found out by calling and asking why my check hadn't been cashed. Last week (three months later) one of those missing checks was found and they cashed it anyway (even though they had already cashed the new one I had given them to replace it). UPDATE! I just learned that the "Tax Specialist" in charge of my account, Micah Becker, cashed my 'lost' check his last day of work...I am assuming it was intentional because I expressed dissatisfaction with the service I was receiving. Hopefully he has not gone to his new job with a stellar recommendation from Lamm and Co."
