"Everyone I came in contact with, was very friendly & helpful. My nurse in Urology "Patty" was very sweet and attentive. The girl who took me back to the OR prep was so sweet. When Patty went to lunch she assigned a nurse to care for me while she was gone. I can't recall her name but she too, was exceptionally kind. She knew I was in the worse pain and without any relief. She did everything she could for me. My anesthesiologist was great as well. I felt safe in his care. The surgeon Dr. Taylor was fantastic as well. I felt I was safe & well cared for."
"Let's start by saying the doctors are great. For the one star. I made an appointment in October for a problem/pain I'm having. I'm told they are 3 months out. Ok so I wait. A few days before my appointment I'm told it's been canceled by them and to call in to reschedule. I'm then told sorry we don't have any appointments till April. This is absolutely ridiculous. Not professional in any way."
"This is a great app! No need to wait until your doctor is able to review, then, miss a call or need to call to get results of testing performed or scheduling an appointment to find out. The results are nearly always here before your doctor must return on their regular scheduled work day. A consultation appointment may need to be made with your doctor to explain any questions and make future appointments for what needs to be done, or scheduling future appointments or if more testing is needed."
