"Instructor and owner Brittni has been an incredible teacher. I’ve always struggled with moving my body in an athletic or dancing way, but she helps break it down into easier bits and will adjust her pace or teaching style to suit her students and meet them where they’re at. Inclusive of all bodies so whether your unfit, overweight, self-conscious or just thinking of feeling it out and getting a decent workout, there’s a place for you and your friends. I recommend reading her pages on the website and watching the video. She also posts on Facebook and likely other platforms if you want to see the studio or videos, as I didn’t take any myself. I plan to attend for much longer as I’ve only gotten started. Thanks Brittni!"
