"I'm so happy I switched to Fitness Syndicate! The equipment is great and includes pretty much everything you need. There's almost always a squat rack open (which I can't say for any other gym I've gone to), excellent number of free weights and machines, TRX-es, etc. The gym is clean and I feel very comfortable working out there. On top of all of that, the owner, Dan, is a personal trainer and my training sessions with him are a highlight of my week! He's incredibly knowledgeable and dedicated and he's helped me build strength without aggravating my past injuries. Definitely recommend!"
