"First time here this morning. Waited maybe 5 mins to get called back. Once I was called back Brian was extremely friendly, made the whole experience very comfortable like I was catching up with a friend. I would absolutely come back here again."
"I came in to get a blood test done and Ester, the phlebotomy technician, was so kind to me from start to finish. I have a history of fainting every time I get blood work done and she knew exactly what to do to help me. She made sure I was comfortable and was successfully able to prevent me from fainting."
"Gotta say its tough to get staffed. These guys are not slammed but they are taking way to long. I got here early. Checked into a slot 15 min early. I've been here for 45 min. Please tell your managers to get another head count."
"Doctors were nice, it was quick and easy. I was required to give a debit card to ‘hold’ until payment was required after submitting to insurance. What makes me mad is I was told very specifically when I asked that I WOULD BE NOTIFIED before ANY payment was taken. I was NOT notified! I just got a message that they took payment. I needed that money for gas, now I have to get a ride to work for a week or bum from someone. To basically be robbed is NOT ok."
"The female Asian lady that works in there was absolutely rude. Checked in after 1pm as a walk in and waited for 15 minutes. People after me were being called and then they removed my name from the screen the shows those are here for appointments, walk-ins and expecting. When asked why my name wasn’t up and why people kept going she “tried” to verify then came out claiming I never did. I tried to explain the situation and she wouldn’t even let me speak then told me to “stop the argumenting” and keeps bringing up her lunch. I understand people have lunches and clearly saw the sign of their lunch hours which is why I came after 1pm. However, she claims that im arguing when I’m not even allowed to first explain the situation. I can understand if there’s a technical error but to claim I’m a liar and then accuse me of arguing when I’m not, is absolutely ridiculous. Having a Karen working here doing peoples health stuff is not only untrustworthy but gives a bad image to the business and location."
