"I’ve been seeing Dr Erland for a year now. She is thorough and takes the time to listen to her patients. I really thought I had found the right provider for me. The standard process for blood draws was always to drop by the week prior to your appointment. These are the instructions I received when I scheduled my next appointment. They would send it out and have results back by your appointment. After scheduling time off from work, I went for my blood draw today. There was a large sign on the door indicating that they no longer do blood draws for anyone that didn’t have a Blue Cross of Idaho policy. The receptionist said they would send orders out to a different facility to schedule the blood draw. No email or phone call ahead of time to indicate this new process or explanation as to why. No lab results to make my next appointment worth keeping. If you don’t have a Blue Cross of Idaho policy, it might be worth checking on how processes will be different for you."
